Arise’s mission is to foster inner confidence, resiliency and awareness in young people, through fun, engaging and active workshops.

Arise Programs seeks to teach children and youth that they are worthy of being safe and respected.

Our whole-being approach brings together a unique combination of physical literacy and social-emotional learning. Equipping participants with the physical, emotional and intellectual skills essential to the development of self-confidence, awareness and character.

Through self-defense, mindfulness, role-play games and artful discussion activities, our sessions focus on the exploration of movement, body autonomy, self-confidence and social awareness.
