This week, we’re doing an online meeting with McMaster University’s Venture Academy’s Virtual Girl Guide Workshop on Climate Action!

In this project, students will build a circuit on TinkerCAD that will allow them to determine when there is a high concentration of gas in the area! Students will learn about greenhouse gases and their effect on climate change, series vs parallel circuits, arduinos and important coding principles such as creating variables and loops.

You’ll need computer and internet access, and a TinkerCAD Account: www.tinkercad.com so would recommend setting yourself up on a laptop (as opposed to a cell phone) for this meeting, and signing up for a TinkerCAD account in advance.
