Fresh Roots Urban Farm Society is coming to teach us how to make an awesome fermented superfood - kimchi! Each Pathfinder will learn the science of fermentation, and make a jar of delicious kimchi (spicy fermented cabbage and veggies) to take home. This is sure to be a delicious and fun evening!

Girls and guiders will spend the weekend exploring nearby trails, practicing camp skills (i.e. setting up tents, cooking on camp stoves, campfire building, etc.), cooking meals in patrols, and other activities (crafts, games).
