The science of fermentation: kimchi making with Fresh Roots

Fresh Roots Urban Farm Society is coming to teach us how to make an awesome fermented superfood - kimchi! Each Pathfinder will learn the science of fermentation, and make a jar of delicious kimchi (spicy fermented cabbage and veggies) to take home. This is sure to be a delicious and fun evening!
