This fun and interactive session with the UBC Women's Health Collective will demystify puberty, growing up, and your health and wellness (just a bit!). Bring an open mind, and get ready to have fun! This activity could count towards the "Being You," "Gender Power," or "My Physical Self" program areas!

Fresh Roots Urban Farm Society is coming to teach us how to make an awesome fermented superfood - kimchi! Each Pathfinder will learn the science of fermentation, and make a jar of delicious kimchi (spicy fermented cabbage and veggies) to take home. This is sure to be a delicious and fun evening!
