Ashley from Girlvana Yoga will be joining us tonight to lead us through a fun night of yoga together in the upstairs rec room in the church. She will provide the mats (although you're welcome to bring your own if you want). Make sure to wear comfortable, stretchy clothing - no uniforms required tonight.
