This introductory first aid course teaches the skills most often required to save a life. This is a hands-on, interactive basic first aid course with no written examination. This course fulfils the Canada Cord First Aid requirements.

Topics include:

roles and responsibilities
management of an unresponsive casualty
adult resuscitation (1 rescuer CPR and first aid for choking)
severe bleeding
medical conditions
burns, and
poisoning

A certificate of attendance is issued upon completion.

Please bring a lunch, water, pencil case, and clothes you can move in.
